Course Description:

Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) is a four-year program offered by Tribhuvan University (TU), Pokhara University (PU), Purbanchal University (PU). This program helps to prepare the students to enter the hospitality industry at the supervisory level in the area of hotel and catering operations. 

Objectives:

1. To cover the fundamental of Hotel Management, Food and Beverage production, Hospitality management, Office, and Housekeeping management.
2. To familiarize the students with the multi-dimension of the hospitality industry.
3. Occupy supervisory positions in the hotel and catering industry with an adequate background of management function.
4. Set standards for quality assurance of the services offered to customers.
